Click on ' My Account' on the top right corner of EduMany.com page. Sign in with your login details.
Click on Business queries, My queries, Leads, Advertisements, Comments, MY Requirements etc..

If you are not able to find your required product or the right supplier, you can " Post your buy requirement" and we will try to find the suppliers for you.

Buy Requirement, as the name suggests, is buyer’s product/service requirement, posted by him/her on EduMany platform. The objective of posting the buy requirement on EduMany is to find a relevant seller who can fulfill the buyer’s requirement.

You must share the maximum possible details of your product/service requirement so that the product details can be shared with your most suited sellers. Some of the things that you must mention are:
Order quantity
Location preference of sellers, if any
One-time requirement or repeat requirement
Application of the required product (I.e. end use or resale)
Nature of business (if not for end use)
Complete and correct contact details

While we always recommend our sellers to promptly respond to buyer enquiries, sometimes they may not do so due to multiple reasons. These may be lack of time or they may not provide service in your location or may not deal in the specific product/model that you need. In such cases, you must reach out to other sellers dealing in your required product(s).

Leads or Buy Requirements are Business inquires posted in by buyers directly to EduMany by using "Post Buy Requirements" or "Post your Requirements" banner or link.
To post a trade lead - all you have to do is to select lead type, product category and enter subject along with a brief description of the product you wish to buy.
You can use this option to Edit, Delete or keep track of the Trade Leads you have been forwarded or have searched and procured.
You can maintain a record of all the valid Trade Leads you have received from EduMany, till date.
You also have the option of posting Trade Leads using "Post Buy Requirements" or "Post your Requirements" banner or link additionally when you send a Business Query you will also see a ticked check box to post this Business Query also as a Buy Requirements.

There are different shade templates that are put-upon the product images depicting seller type: Platinum, Gold, Preferred, Verified etc.
With the help of your mobile number, EduMany verifies your credentials and requirement. This is required so that EduMany can assure that both the suppliers and the buyers are verified in their respective categories. Additionally, sellers can easily connect with buyers on the mobile number to fulfill your product requirement at the earliest.

When you search for a seller or product at EduMany, the result page appears with a list of sellers with a ‘Send Enquiry’ button. Click on the button against the seller name and send your business enquiry directly to him. Alternately, you can also call the seller on the contact number shared on seller’s listing.
EduMany platform hosts all the types of sellers on its portal. You can select sellers on the basis of their nature of business such as: Category/Wholesaler / Retailer / Manufacturer, etc. This can be done by selecting the appropriate filters while searching for suppliers.
There can be multiple reasons for you not being able to contact the seller: Seller’s contact details may have changed (and not communicated to EduMany). Seller may not have checked email/message/enquiry yet. Seller may be unavailable to respond due to personal reasons. In this case, you can always find other suppliers on our website who deal in the same product range. Or better still just "Post your Requirement" and we will have relevant vendors connect with you.

Yes, you can buy products even though you don’t own a company. The majority of suppliers on EduMany are manufacturers, wholesalers/ retailers/ traders dealing in bulk orders. To match the suppliers’ scale, preferred buyers are businesses. However, individual buyers can also connect with suitable suppliers for their requirements. We recommend you to connect with retailers/wholesalers, who would be willing to supply goods with a low value of minimum order quantity
Yes. You may search the product by its brand name and contact the sellers dealing in those branded products to place your order.

Once you have been approved for our Affiliate program, you can access our various links to use on your website or social media channels and start promoting EduMany offerings.
To use our pre-generated links, log into your EduMany Partner Program account. Then go to Marketing Links > select the material type.
We offer a variety of link types in our program. These links contain the affiliate code and other information, which will ensure that you receive proper commissions for any sales generated when one of your site visitors clicks through our website.
• Text/Email Links: these links are in HTML code. You can add them to emails or use them in articles. You can change the final text visible as well by editing the text in the ‘Link Code’ box.
• Product Links: recommend a particular EduMany product to your visitors by linking directly to it. You may use the product text link, the product image link, or both.
• Banner/image: available in different sizes. EduMany Partner Program shows them as HTML code that you can copy and paste. Even Banners are specific to a page, most likely; they often send people to our Home Page, EduMany.com, or to a specific category.

The affiliate program is a way for people interested in partnering with EduMany to help us promote our marketplace portal, our products, our offerings and earn a commission for every sale they bring in. This article explains who can apply to participate in the EduMany Affiliate Program.

1. Who is eligible to apply?
In order to be eligible to become an affiliate, you must be a website owner, marketer or business owner or basically someone who can spare some time.

Once an applicant is accepted into the program, they will have the ability to use unique tracking links to advertise and promote our offerings as affiliates. Can I join your Affiliate program if I have an active presence on social media, but don’t have a website?
Yes, you can. However, you need to have an active presence on social media (Facebook Fan page, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc..). In addition, your social media page must fulfil the requirements to become an affiliate.

When submitting your application, you'll have to list all your social media accounts that you will use to promote our offerings. Currently, we accept any affiliates who is willing to devote sometime, solely talk about EduMany and/or affiliates focused on promoting EduMany.com.

2. Why do I need a blog, social media channel or website?
We are currently looking to partner with affiliates who drive promotions via a blog, website or social media. This is the type of affiliate we can support best right now.

3. Can I participate if I live outside India?
Yes, we welcome affiliates outside India. When you submit your application you will be asked to give your personal or business information based on Indian business terminology but you can fill in your application using the equivalents of your business or personal ID number in your country.
Every non-Indian resident who applies through the network must provide some additional information when filing their tax information which will be requested and processed in due course
When applying to be part of our affiliate program, keep in mind that we consider every affiliate application that comes through. Every affiliate that is accepted into our program needs to have a website, blog or social media page that is up and running or at least people who are willing to commit sometime and make extra income.
Each application is thoroughly reviewed before approval. When reviewing your application, we check to make sure the following criteria are met:

Have time and wish to make extra income: Any person who can demonstrate inclination and ability to promote EduMany. The person needs to be willing to learn ways to market EduMany to his existing contacts and find innovative ways to reach other potential audience.

A list of followers: whether it is an email list, social media following or fan base, we look to work with a partner that has already built an engaged audience with consistent traffic and followers. Your website traffic needs to be at least 1,000 monthly visitors in the last 3 months. Your social media pages must have at least 1,000 followers.

Consistent traffic: we look at your traffic using similarweb.com and other search engines to understand the traffic on your website. Having a website or at least a social media page with engagement from the visitors and updated content for users is required. When applying, please make sure you list all websites or online channels you will use to promote our products in the 'Description' section of our application.

Site theme: with thousands of business listings, products, services, chances are we have an EduMany offering that can appeal to your audience. When reviewing your affiliate application, we look for a fit between your audience and our offerings.

Site content: sites that have no existing content or communication channels might need to work on this part of their site first before applying. Sites that are brand new or have no consistent traffic yet might be denied approval.

Alignment with our brand: as a company, we have a mission and a brand we have worked hard to build. We look at your own brand to make sure there is alignment between our brands, and that EduMany offers will look coherent with what you offer on your site.

During the application process, potential affiliates may be asked to share additional information about any of the listed criteria.
For now, we don't welcome any sites that solely talk about EduMany, as well as paid advertising affiliates.

Your application’s status

Each application is reviewed thoroughly to determine if you are eligible based on the approval criteria outlined in our requirements article mentioned above. However, if you have not heard back from the network within 1 week after submitting your application, please contact EduMany Support, who can look into this for you. Or, you can also wait for the network’s team to follow up with you directly.
No, there is no contract to sign when joining our program and you are allowed to promote other content on your site. We do, however, take into consideration the type of content on the applicants’ websites. You will be required to agree to the terms and conditions, of whichever of third-party media networks you decide to work with, and to EduMany's Affiliate Operating Agreement.

When do affiliates earn a commission?
You will earn a commission for every paid offerings purchase you refer to us. Our cookies are universal so you will get credit for any paid offerings the customer you refer to us buys. Except in the case when customers make a purchase using a free coupon code to pay, or if the offering is free. You will NOT be credited for purchases made after the 7 day cookie expires.

What is the commission structure?
Our baseline commission is 20% of valid affiliate sales with an increase based on performance. Our cookies last for specified tenure mentioned in the Partner program. So, for example, if a user clicks through your affiliate link and buys an EduMany offering, you earn a commission. If the user decides to click through your link but doesn’t proceed with the purchase, the attribution cookie is still stored on the browser the user used while clicking your link. If the user comes back to EduMany and makes a paid purchase within specified tenure, you will earn a commission.

Another example is if a user buys multiple offerings within specified tenure of clicking on your tracking link, you will earn a commission on all those offerings. We also run affiliate, exclusive promotions so there are plenty of opportunities to earn above and beyond our base rate!

Commissionable vs. non-commissionable items
You can earn a commission by promoting the majority of our offerings on our website. Certain offerings, however, will not be commissionable as is the case with free offerings, purchases that are made with unapproved codes, and subscription purchases.

Can I ask for a larger commission?
If your program is a top earner, or in a vertical in which we are looking to expand, our team will reach out to you proactively to discuss opportunities for a temporarily, increased commission. Our team also considers whether your program provides added value placements such as email newsletter placements, on-site placements, social media promotions, or similar placements.
You can see your commissions under the commissions section of your Partner program account. You can see commissions and request payments on the performance of your promotions.

Within your Partnership account, you will see different types of Commissions reported giving you details of Standard commissions, Coupon Commissions, Hierarchy commissions, Hierarchy tree etc..
Our website is mobile responsive and we do, however, attribute affiliates for sales that happen on the mobile version of our site. If a user clicks your affiliate link using a mobile browser and purchases an offering within the cookie window for that offering, you'll earn a commission.

We currently do not have an App.
Sales take 3 days to show in your network account. You’ll be able to see the number of clicks right away, but sales are delayed a few days to prevent fraudulent purchases. We also have to factor in return policy, so the total number of sales will fluctuate and could potentially go down if there is a return. After 42 days if you still think that you have an issue with your sales, you can contact us here. Please send us a screenshot if possible of what you see on your account as well as the affiliate link you used. This can help us support you and look into your request to the best of our abilities.
Also, before you promote any EduMany offerings we always recommend that you test your affiliate link for clicks and sign ups.
Yes. EduMany Partner Program does have a minimum of INR 1000 and 2 sales to get paid.

1. How do I get paid?
You will be paid via PayPal, direct deposit, or check depending on the payment method and minimum threshold you have set up in your account when you joined as a publisher. You can find more information in your network account under account information details.

2. When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid after a sale has cleared the 37-42 days refund period. We provide customers with the opportunity to refund if any on a product within 30 days. For example, commissions you earned during the month of April are invoiced in May and will be paid in June once the refund period of 30 days has cleared for all sales.

3. Do I get paid for the sales if a customer already has an EduMany account?
Yes. We pay commissions for both new and existing users.

4. I have not received my payment from the network I am registered with yet, what can I do?
Please contact the Partnership program network directly to inquire about payments. Pl provide your user details while posting specific payment related queries.
No. Affiliates cannot create coupons for offerings. Only Business Owners / Listers along with EduMany can create coupons. If you are accepted into our affiliate program, you will regularly receive emails with our latest promotions that you can share.

EduMany’s promotions
EduMany runs promotions on offerings each month. It is highly encouraged that affiliates take advantage of the opportunity to promote offerings at a discounted price.
You will receive notice of when these promotions are running via email. These promotions will have specific start and end dates, so please consider these when promoting them to your audience. Once the promotion has ended, your audience will not be able to take advantage of the deal.
These promotions also include creative assets and banners. You are not required to use these banners in conjunction with the text links; however, it is highly encouraged.

1. Can I promote specific offerings?
Yes, you can promote as many offerings as you would like or a specific offerings. You can use the deep linking tool to create an affiliate link for a particular offering you want to promote. A deep link is like any other affiliate link except it goes to a page on EduMany.com of your choosing.

2. Can I promote offerings from other platforms on my website?
Yes, as long as the promotion strategy is aligned with our terms and conditions.

3. Can I promote your products on more than one site?
Yes, but you must create a separate marketing channel for each website. For example, if you applied to the program with a website, but you also want to promote the offerings on a YouTube channel you own, you will have to apply with a brand new application for that YouTube channel (if the YouTube channel is about a different subject than the website you initially applied with).

4. What fees do I have to pay?
There are no hidden fees. You can apply to our program and become an affiliate for FREE of charge.

5. Can I create coupons for offerings?
Affiliates cannot create their own coupons for offerings. Only instructors and EduMany can create coupons, which are sent regularly to every affiliate accepted into the program for them to share.
Yes, we provide text links and banners. We offer banners in common sizes, but if we don't have the size you need for your site, feel free to create your own creatives to promote.

Please be mindful of how you use our logo. You can request a copy of our logo via support@EduMany.com so you can create a banner or creative for your promotions. We provide logos in JPEG and PNG files, in different sizes. You are allowed to use the EduMany images as well.

Additionally, you may publish description and content on your website. However, preview videos available on our site are copyrighted content that belongs to our business owners and are not allowed to be re-uploaded to any of your social media accounts/channels (Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, etc..) or to be published on your website. You are however welcome to create your own review video on any of our offerings.

Login to your account and go to Marketing Materials and click View all the various options.
Within your Partnership account, you will see different types of reporting

• Commissions: Gives you details of Standard commissions, Coupon Commissions, Hierarchy commissions, Hierarchy tree etc..
• Referral Traffic: Gives you details of all the traffic your marketing efforts have created. Ad type, source page, country from, IP address etc..
• Payments: All payments due and received with details of transactions are reflected here.

In the Dashboard you can view details and analyse reports on the performance and other variables related to your promotions. These reports can help you better understand the sales that you’re driving.
Reporting is usually real time but load related delays do happen.
A 'cookie' is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored in the user's web browser while the user is browsing. Cookies were designed to be a reliable mechanism for websites to remember pertinent information (such as items added in the shopping cart in an online store) or to record the user's browsing activity (including clicking particular buttons, logging in, or recording which pages were visited in the past).

When a user clicks on your affiliate link, this action will place a 'cookie' in the browser that they used. That cookie helps us identify if a customer who made a purchase came from your affiliate link. Our cookie also remains on the user's website for the full agreed tenure.

So if someone makes a purchase, and then comes back to make another purchase before the agreed tenure, you will still receive credit as long as your affiliate cookie is the last one that was activated.

Another important note, our cookies are not product specific. If your customers buy a product (even the ones you didn't promote to them) within the agreed tenure cookie window, you will earn a commission from that purchase.
Follow these steps to create tiny URLs/links for social media.

1. Find the link you want to use and click the “Get link” button.
2. Make sure you use the tracking URL. This is the first URL in any affiliate link which is within a set of quotation marks.
3. Use the complete URL but not including the quotation marks.
4. You can then copy and paste this tracking link into your favourite link shorteners, such as goo.gl or bit.ly to use in social media promotions.
5. By using a unique bit.ly or goo.gl link for each social media platform, you’ll be able to see where your clicks are coming from in your bit.ly or goo.gl account reporting.
Follow the steps below to run reports on your affiliate program.

• In your Partner Program dashboard, go to the various sections. E.g. Commissions, Referral Traffic, payments > Reporting.
• The Sales and Activity report is a good one to run regularly, as it gives you an idea of what revenue you’re generating. You can also create your custom reports that suit your needs.
While our program is open to several marketing strategies, there are some promotional methods that are not accepted in our program.

Our current restricted promotional methods include:
• No bidding on our trademark
• No bidding on branded/trademarked terms
• No bidding on derivatives of branded/trademarked terms
• No bidding on broad-match based on branded/trademarked terms
• No bidding on competitors based on branded/trademarked terms
• No direct linking
• No domain forwarding/redirecting
• No use of a brand name in the domain (it can, however, be included in your subdomain). For example, EduManyofferingss.com is NOT allowed. EduMany.mypersonalblog.com is allowed as it's not part of the domain name
• No use of a company name, or variations of our company name in the name or URL of social media pages (I.e. Facebook Fan Page)
• The list of prohibited keywords is: "EduMany," "EduMany Inc.," "EduManys," "EduManying," "EduMany.com," or any combination of keywords that contain our brand name in it.

If you notice any current affiliate violating these guidelines it doesn't mean we allow it. Feel free to let us know if you notice other affiliates using restricted promotional methods.

Can I use paid ads?
No, we do not accept paid ads as a promotional method.
These methods include Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Facebook Boost Post, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, or any form of paid advertising on any social media or website.

What is affiliate marketing?

In other words, affiliate marketing is when you earn a commission for the online promotion of another company’s product or service.

In essence, affiliates perform online marketing for a merchant with the aim of driving traffic to the merchant’s website. For every click, the affiliate gets a commission and is paid by the merchant.
When you're involved in affiliate marketing, one of the major concerns you'll have to face is driving traffic to your site. And not just any traffic – you'll need targeted, organic traffic (paid ads are not allowed).
Here are some proven ways you can drive quality traffic to your affiliate marketing site and increase your potential to generate income:

Write your own product reviews - You will get the best results from writing your own product reviews (even if it's a short review!). You don't have to be a good writer. Just write what you really think about the offerings. When you publish your offerings review, use your affiliate link to send users to our website.

Publish your product reviews across different sites: Post your reviews on other forums or free sites – getting your site well known is great for driving traffic. Search online for popular marketing and affiliate forums and become involved; make frequent contributions to popular threads so you can learn new techniques as well as become an authority. Be sure to go into your forum profile and edit your "signature". Make a signature that includes your affiliate link, or a link to your own "review" website of our offerings.
